How do I close my account?

Closing your Qvalia account is simple and can be done directly in the platform.

The process ensures that your company details, Peppol ID, and connected message types are deregistered in a secure and compliant way. Follow the steps below to complete the cancellation.

How to close your account

  1. Go to Settings, in the top right corner

  2. Under General settings, choose Company.

  3. Click Cancel account and fill in the form.

When you cancel your account, your Peppol ID and all associated message types will be deregistered. Please allow up to 48 hours for the process to be completed.
