How do I close my account?

Closing your Qvalia account is simple and can be done directly in the platform.

The process ensures that your company details, Peppol ID, and connected message types are deregistered in a secure and compliant way. Follow the steps below to complete the cancellation.

How to close your account

  1. Go to Settings, in the top right corner

  2. Under General settings, choose Company.

  3. Click Cancel account and fill in the form.

When you cancel your account, your Peppol ID and all associated message types will be deregistered. We will process the deregistration promptly and keep you informed if any action is required.

For paid plans, a 30-day cancellation period applies, and you will have access to the account throughout the entire cancellation period.
