How do I upgrade my account?
An upgrade gives Connect users access to additional features and higher transaction volumes. If you choose to become an Enterprise customer, you’ll gain access to all services and our partner program.
You can upgrade your Qvalia account at any time in just a few simple steps.
How to upgrade

Go to settings: Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of your dashboard to access the settings page.

Select Plans & Billing: In the menu on the left, choose Plans & Billing. This takes you to the page where you can view and select from available subscription plans.

Choose your plan: Browse the available plans and select the one that best suits your needs. Click on the plan to proceed.

Follow the instructions: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade process. This includes entering your credit card details for payment.

Complete the upgrade: Once your payment has been processed, your account will be upgraded to the selected plan. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your new subscription.
Monthly subscription: All Connect plans are billed monthly via credit card and automatically renewed at the end of each period.
Enterprise billing: Enterprise customers are billed monthly or according to agreement.
Downgrading or canceling a subscription: You can downgrade your subscription at any time. Your account will retain access to current features until the end of the active billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
