# Which document types can I receive?

## A Peppol ID is registered for specific document types. The address existing in the network does not mean that it can receive every type of Peppol message.

- Check the registration for the complete Peppol ID in a Peppol lookup.
- Invoice, credit note, order, order response, catalog and other messages are separate document types.
- To register or change receiving, Qvalia needs the company name, organization number or CRN, Peppol ID and document type.
- For bulk registration or several companies, contact Qvalia and we will agree the required information.

### Add a document type

Contact support and provide:

1. company name
2. organization number or company registration number (CRN)
3. complete Peppol ID
4. document type or types to be received
5. requested environment and start date, if relevant

Qvalia makes the change. The user cannot do this in the platform.

### If the sender receives a delivery error

Check both that the Peppol ID is active and that the exact document type is registered. An ID that can receive orders may, for example, still lack invoice registration.

### If it still does not work

- **Check once more:** the Peppol ID, scheme, document type and environment.
- **Have this ready when contacting support:** company name, organization number or CRN, Peppol ID, document type and error message.
