# Does Qvalia offer a supplier portal?

## Yes. Companies can use Qvalia as a supplier or invoice portal and refer their suppliers to Qvalia for electronic invoicing.

### For suppliers

If your customer uses Qvalia as a supplier portal, the customer provides the registration information. You can then register an account at no charge and send an unlimited number of invoices to the company that referred you.

The no-charge account is not a generally available pricing plan and cannot be selected on Qvalia's pricing page. Customers who register directly with Qvalia choose Connect Small or a higher plan.

With a no-charge account, you enter the customer and invoice details for each invoice. Features for saving customers and items or copying a previous invoice are included from Connect Small.

### The former no-charge plan

Qvalia removed the generally available no-charge plan in August 2026. Registration at no charge remains available to suppliers referred by a customer that uses Qvalia as its supplier or invoice portal.

### For companies that want to offer a supplier portal

Contact Qvalia to discuss which suppliers and invoice flows the portal should cover. The setup is governed by the company's agreement with Qvalia.

### If it still does not work

- **Check once more:** that you are following the registration information from the company that referred you to Qvalia.
- **Have this ready when contacting support:** your company name and company registration number or CRN, and the name of the customer that referred you.
- **Contact support:** using the support form at the bottom of https://qvalia.com or by emailing help@qvalia.com.
