How do I view order change and order cancellation messages from my customers?

View incoming change or cancellation messages based on previously received sales orders.

Sales orders can be changed or cancelled by the customer, and notified via follow-up messages based on the original order. 

  1. Go to Orders in the Sales section in the main menu.
  2. Click the Order change tab to view your incoming order change messages, or click the Order cancellation tab to view your incoming order cancellation messages.
  3. Click on a specific message to review the details of the order change in the respective list view. Messages that include changes to specific line items will display the new status of each line.
