How to create a new Qvalia account

The process of signing up and creating an account for a company consists of two main steps: email verification and account completion with company verification. Start by choosing your plan at the pricing page.

Step 1 — Verify your email address

1. Enter your email address on the Qvalia signup page

2. Click Verify email.

3. You will receive a verification email from Qvalia.

4. Open the email and click the verification link.

This step confirms that you have access to the email address and unlocks the next part of the registration.

If the verification link has expired, you can restart the signup process and request a new link.

Step 2 — Complete your account registration

After verifying your email, you will be guided through the remaining setup steps to finalize your account.

You will be asked to provide:

• User information (name and contact details)

• Company information (company registration number, address, VAT number, etc.). Adding bank account details is optional and can be done later

• Invoice information to be shown on outgoing invoices

• A personal password for your Qvalia account.

Step 3 — Company verification

As part of the signup process, Qvalia performs a company verification. This is a mandatory step and part of Qvalia’s customer verification process.

• The verification ensures that the company information is valid and that you are authorized to register the company.

• In most cases, the review is completed within a few minutes.

• In some cases, such as during nights, weekends, or holidays, the process can take up to 24 hours.

While the verification is in progress, your registration status will be shown as Under review.

Step 4 — Confirmation and account activation

Once the company verification is completed:

• You will receive a confirmation email.

• You can complete any remaining setup steps, such as registering your Peppol ID if applicable.

• Your account will be activated and ready to use. Once you have logged in, you can invite new users to manage your company's account.

Why verification is required

Qvalia operates as part of the Peppol business network. Email and company verification are required to:

• Prevent misuse of the network

• Ensure correct identification and routing of business messages

• Comply with Peppol governance rules and regulatory requirements
