Upload and send catalogue with products and services to customers through the Peppol network.
Go to Catalogue in the Sales section of the main menu. Here you can review all previously created and sent catalogues, upload files and send new catalogue messages. Uploaded catalogues are converted to the Peppol BIS format standard, and a formatted file template is available.
- Click Send catalogue.
- Upload your catalogue file using drag-and-drop or by clicking Browse files and selecting the file on your local drive. The catalogue file must be XML-based.
- Uploading may take a few minutes, depending on file size.
- When the upload is completed, the catalog is sent immediately to the customer through the Peppol ID stated in the file.
- The catalogue message is added to the list view.
Template for XML-based catalogues
Download the XLST file linked in the view to create a correctly formatted message (Peppol BIS Catalogue Without Response). The file contains a macro that creates a validated XML file with the content in the XLST file.
The XLST file is based on the SFTI standard.
