Sending and receiving Peppol catalogs
Sending and receiving catalogs are separate functions with different requirements.
- Sending catalogs is included from Connect Medium.
- Receiving catalogs through the API requires an Enterprise account and an agreement with Qvalia.
- The recipient's Peppol ID must be registered for the correct catalog document type.
- Follow the current API documentation at
api.qvalia.iofor payloads and endpoints.
Send a catalog
Check that the account has Connect Medium or higher and that the recipient's Peppol ID can receive the catalog type. Test the catalog in the test environment before the first production transmission.
Receive catalogs
API receiving is configured as an agreed Enterprise function. Contact Qvalia with:
- company name and organization number or CRN
- Peppol ID
- catalog document type
- test and production requirements
- technical contact
If it still does not work
- Check once more: the plan or agreement, document type, Peppol registration and environment.
- Have this ready when contacting support: Peppol ID, document type, account, timestamp and error message.
- Contact support: through the support form at the bottom of https://qvalia.com or at help@qvalia.com.
