What is the User log?

The User log is Qvalia’s audit trail for user activity in your account. It records who did what, when it happened, and from which IP address.

Typical events include:

• Login succeeded

• User added

• User removed

• Role change

The log is primarily used by administrators and security officers to:

• Verify login history for specific users

• Track changes in access rights and roles

• See who created or removed user accounts

• Provide evidence for internal control and external audits

You access the User log under Organization logs → User log. From there, you can filter by time period, action, user and IP address, and export the results to CSV for further analysis or archiving.
