What is the Transaction log?
Advanced logging in Qvalia provides complete traceability for both message traffic and user activity.
The Transaction log feature consists of two main views:

Transaction log – for all business messages processed through Qvalia

User log – for activity performed by users in your account

These logs are primarily designed for customers that integrate to Qvalia and handle higher message volumes, but they are useful for any organisation that needs detailed audit trails.
What you can do

View message traffic and user activity

Search and filter using a wide range of parameters

Restrict results to a specific time range

Inspect message metadata, including error details

Export filtered lists to CSV for further analysis or archiving
Transaction log and User log are available to Plus and Enterprise customers. If you do not see these menus in your account, contact Qvalia to enable access.
Main views

Lists all processed business messages (invoices, credit notes, orders, order responses, etc.).

Supports advanced filtering on message attributes, status, counterparties, formats and routing.

All lists in Transaction log and User log can be exported to CSV based on the filters you have applied. This makes it easy to:
